At Gul Realty, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional real estate services backed by years of experience and expertise. Our journey began when our founder, Bugra Gul, started his career at Keller Williams Realty. Early on, he joined a high-performing team, specializing in high-end homes and waterfront properties across the Finger Lakes region. This valuable experience set the foundation for a career of continuous growth and excellence.

From there, Bugra transitioned to a leadership role as Branch Manager at List-Assist of Rochester, where he focused on commercial sales and off-market transactions. During this time, he signed an exclusive partnership with the national real estate company REN, leading the Upstate New York division and successfully moving 20 to 30 properties per month.

Bugra’s passion for real estate extended beyond transactions. He became a national real estate coach, traveling across the country to mentor and guide other realtors to success.

Today, with all that experience, Gul Realty has been launched, incorporating the best practices, cutting-edge technology, and an outstanding team to serve our clients.
